Common planning window for many stand-alone locations.
Breakfast hours
Breakfast demand starts early. At many restaurants, core breakfast items are available from opening time, which commonly means around 5:00 or 6:00 in the morning. Some locations continue serving selected breakfast items later in the day, while others switch availability based on kitchen setup and local demand.
If you are making a special trip for a particular sandwich, wrap or hash brown, check that restaurant before leaving.
Lunch and dinner hours
Lunch items normally become a stronger part of the menu from late morning onward. Sandwiches, wraps, bowls, soup, chili and flatbread-style items can have different availability by restaurant. A 24-hour location may still have a reduced overnight food menu even when coffee and drive-thru service continue.
Drive-thru hours
Drive-thru and dining-room hours are not always the same. A restaurant can close its seating area while keeping the drive-thru operating, especially late at night. That is why “open” does not always mean every service channel is open.
For late visits, check the service you actually plan to use.
Common opening times
Across Canada, common opening times include 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM, while select sites operate 24 hours. Downtown stores, transit hubs, highway stops and locations serving early commuters tend to start sooner. Stores inside malls or other host buildings often follow the building’s schedule instead.
Common closing times
Common closing times include 8:00 PM, 9:00 PM, 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM, with some locations remaining open all night. The exact closing time can change by weekday, weekend and season. Holiday evenings are especially likely to use shorter hours.
